Currently am working on projects for Mahindra, JCB, Godrej &amp; ICICI.<\/p>\n<p>He intends to bring a change in developers approach towards Experience &amp; Visual Design.<\/p>\n<h2>TOPIC: Importance of Design for Plugin Developers<\/h2>\n<p>Design Thinking is a methodology that takes a solution based approach to solve problems that are ill-defined or unknown. It understands the underlying needs by re-phrasing the problem in a more human-centric way.<\/p>\n<p>If applied, Design Thinking can enable plugin\/theme developers decide which new plugin\/theme is best to be made so that it can reach out to as many people as it can. It also helps define an action plan to increase the sales\/awareness of existing theme\/plugin.<\/p>\n<p>Design Thinking uses a 6-step non-linear process that helps solve complex problems coming in way of products.
